About Us

Generate excitement

Mission Statement Their Mentor Inc. empowers adults to transform their lives through education, mentorship, and access to supportive resources. We provide pathways for GED completion, career certification, housing stability, and life-skills development—equipping individuals with the tools they need to thrive personally and professionally.

Everyone Matters

To create a future where every adult has the opportunity to overcome barriers, achieve their goals, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Their Mentor Inc. envisions a society where education, guidance, and self-sufficiency are within reach for all.

Supports Foster Children and Orphanages

Their Mentor Inc is committed to transforming the lives of foster youth and children in orphanages by providing resources, guidance, and life-changing opportunities that promote stability, education, and independence. We believe that every child deserves a chance to thrive—no matter their circumstances.

🏫 Educational Support & GED Preparation

We assist foster youth and orphanage residents in completing their high school education or earning their GED. Our mentors offer tutoring, test-prep assistance, and enrollment support for trade schools, certifications, and college programs. We also help them access FAFSA, scholarships, and grants to further their education without financial barriers.

💼 Job Readiness & Employment Opportunities

Through resume writing, career coaching, and workplace etiquette training, Their Mentor Inc prepares young adults for the workforce. We partner with local businesses and employers to create internships, job placements, and career pathways that lead to long-term self-sufficiency.

🏠 Housing Stability & Transitional Support

We connect foster youth aging out of care and orphanage residents with safe, affordable housing options. Our Second Chance Partnership Program offers transitional housing support, assistance with security deposits, budgeting, and financial literacy training to help them maintain stable living environments.

❤️ Mental Health, Counseling & Mentorship

We provide access to mental health counseling, anger management, and life coaching to help youth process trauma and build emotional resilience. Each child or young adult is paired with a caring mentor who provides ongoing encouragement, accountability, and positive guidance.

💳 Financial Literacy & Life Skills Training

Our financial counseling and coaching programs teach budgeting, saving, and credit management skills. Participants learn how to open bank accounts, manage income, and plan for future goals—equipping them for lifelong financial independence.

🤝 Community Partnerships & Advocacy

Their Mentor Inc partners with foster care agencies, orphanages, schools, and community organizations to build a comprehensive network of support. We advocate for equitable access to resources and opportunities for every foster child and orphanage resident, ensuring that no child is left behind.

Statement: Empowering Second Chances and Generational Change

At Their Mentor Inc, we believe that every adult deserves a second chance to rebuild, refocus, and rediscover their purpose. Through our mentorship, education, and life-skills programs, we provide individuals with the tools to overcome past obstacles, gain stability, and achieve lasting success.

When adults are empowered to create positive change in their own lives, their children witness the power of transformation firsthand. This not only breaks cycles of hardship but also inspires a new generation to believe in hope, perseverance, and possibility. By helping parents and guardians grow, we help children dream bigger — creating stronger families and brighter communities for generations to come.
