Bridging the Gap

Our target goal is to serve 1,000 families across Houston, Bibb, Peach, Pulaski, Butler, Twiggs, and Crawford counties, prioritizing areas with the highest SNAP/EBT recipient households. If funds permit, we will expand to assist additional families and counties as resources allow. The program will provide $50 grocery gift cards and vital support services, aiming to reduce food insecurity and promote stability.

All families must fill out a sign-in sheet and provide proof of low-income status at distribution (SSI documentation, SNAP/EBT card, furlough letter, military/base ID, or Medicaid card). This ensures equitable distribution and transparent reporting.
